The front assembly includes an inner electrode, an outer electrode disposed outside the inner electrode, and an ultrasonic vibrator disposed on a rear surface of the inner electrode to generate ultrasonic waves. The rear assembly includes a thermoelectric element and a cooling cover cooled by the thermoelectric element.
