the battery device includes a battery pack assembly mounted on a support member. the battery pack assembly includes a battery pack and a tray positioned below the battery pack. the tray includes a frame and a bottom plate leading to the frame. the frame has an upper surface that supports the battery pack and a lower surface that is supported by the support member. the bottom plate has a drain hole.
