a battery pack and a vehicle including the same are disclosed. a battery pack includes a housing, a plurality of battery cells, each including a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, and a vent and a terminal on the first surface, the plurality of battery cells arranged inside the housing, a guide member between the housing and the first surface and configured to guide a flow of emissions discharged from the vent, and a buffer member between the housing and the first surface and configured to absorb an impact applied to the terminal.
