a battery pack may include a battery module including a plurality of cells electrically connected to each other between a high voltage terminal and a low voltage terminal; a main switch connected to the high voltage terminal or the low voltage terminal, and having a control terminal connected to a first terminal of at least one first cell among the plurality of cells; and a switch control device for controlling the connection between the first terminal of the first cell and the control terminal of the main switch.
