an electronic device includes a projection assembly configured to output an image to a projection surface; a memory configured to store at least one instruction; at least one sensor; and at least one processor configured to execute the at least one instruction, which causes the at least one processor to: detect a change in a projection environment; determine whether a focus correction is required for the image output to the projection surface, based on the change in the projection environment; after determining whether the focus correction is required, determine whether a keystone correction is required for the image, based on the change in the projection environment; and control the projection assembly to output a corrected image to the projection surface.
