a capacitor according to one aspect includes: a substrate in which a groove having a first depth from an upper surface is formed; and a body including a first internal electrode and a second internal electrode stacked disposing a dielectric layer therebetween, and disposed on the groove, wherein a width of the groove may be 1 or more compared to the first depth of the groove and a length of the groove may be 1 time or more compared to the first depth of the groove.
