Notice of Pre-AIA  or AIA  Status
1.     The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .

Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
2.	In the event the determination of the status of the application as subject to AIA  35 U.S.C. 102 and 103 (or as subject to pre-AIA  35 U.S.C. 102 and 103) is incorrect, any correction of the statutory basis (i.e., changing from AIA  to pre-AIA ) for the rejection will not be considered a new ground of rejection if the prior art relied upon, and the rationale supporting the rejection, would be the same under either status.  
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –

(a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under section 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under section 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.

3.	Claim(s) 1, 3-6, 10, 12-15,17-20, 24, 26, 27 and 30-32 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by ZAVESKY et al (2022/0167068).
	As to claims 1 and 3-6, ZAVESKY discloses system for summary segment associated and dynamic selection for viewing with a content item of interest and further discloses a method performed by at least one processor and comprising: 
receiving, during provision of a video content, the video content being an episode of a TV show, a question relating to a previous episode of the TV show, the question originating from a user; generating a video clip that corresponds to an answer to the question; and providing the video clip for presentation to the user; wherein the question is about at least one event in the previous episode of the TV show.at least one item of video content; wherein the video clip is generated from the previous episode of the TV show.at least one item of video content; wherein the video clip is generated from at least one video segment of the previous episode of the TV show.at least one item of video content and wherein the answer to the question is obtained by analyzing the previous episode of the TV show.at least one item of video content (figs.1-6, [0012-0027], [0033-0048], [0076-0081], [0094-0099] and [0142-0144]), system tracks content item (video, audio, songs and other specific type of content item) features during consumption and user’s interactions environments (inputs) which includes microphone to receive audible question as to the summary or segments and generates summary or segments of past episodes including clips or thumbnails, voice access queries the system as to specific events and receives summary and other information associated with the content type; episode, learning materials, other subject matter information or results responsive to the query
As to claim 10, ZAVESKY further discloses wherein generating the video clip comprises at least one of editing and combining the at least one video segment ([0050+ and [0115]).
As to claim 12-14, ZAVESKY further discloses wherein the video clip and the at least one item of video content are provided simultaneously to the user; wherein the video clip and the at least one item video content are provided using picture-in-picture technology and providing, to the user, a text answer to the question (see figs.1+, [0033-0048], [0076-0081], [0094-0099] and [0142-0144]).
As to claims 15 and 17-20, the claimed “A system comprising: an interface configured to receive…” is composed of the same structural elements that were discussed with respect to claims 1 and 3-6.
Claim 24 is met as previously discussed in claim 10.
Claims 26-27 are met as previously discussed in claims 12-13.
As to claims 30-32, the claimed “A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed, cause at least one hardware processor…” is composed of the same structural elements that were discussed with respect to claims 1 and 3-6
