Information Disclosure Statement
The information disclosure statement (IDS) submitted on 05/16/2022 is in compliance with the provisions of 37 CFR 1.97.  Accordingly, the information disclosure statement is being considered by the examiner.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –

(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.


Claim(s) 11 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102 as being anticipated by Gruba (US 20190015638).
Regarding claim 11, Gruba discloses a medical device (apparatus 100 for applying ablation therapy; FIG. 1), comprising: 
a surface (A surface of the balloon structure 104; FIG. 1); and 
a radiopaque marker (radiopaque markers 107; Para [0061]) coupled to the surface (first portion 106; radiopaque markers 107; para [0058]; As seen from FIG. 1, a radiopaque marker 107 is coupled to the surface of portion 106.), wherein the radiopaque marker is an electromagnetic-radiation-cured product of a mixture comprising: 
a radiopaque material (radiopaque markers 107; FIG. 1; para [0061]; UV curable adhesive may be admixed with a radiopaque material (e.g., barium powder, etc.) and applied to a balloon to create radiopaque markers; para [0055]); 
an electromagnetic-radiation-curable adhesive (A solidifiable material may be applied, for example, at a proximal and/or distal end of the balloon in order to form one or more radiopaque markers. Para [0039]; Solidifiable materials include a UV curable adhesive material. Para [0048]; The mixture is cured by exposure to UV light of a suitable wavelength for a suitable time. Para [0055]); and 
a photoinitiator (Examples of UV curable adhesives include UV curable adhesive materials that contain a free radical generating photoinitiator; para [0052]).

Conclusion
