a display member according to the present disclosure includes an external appearance surface, a display layer having a first surface facing the external appearance surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface and having a light transmission characteristic, and a decorative body disposed facing the second surface of the display layer. the display layer has a display region on the surface on the side of the external appearance surface. the display member causes the output to be visually recognized in the display region when the display layer is turned on, and causes the decorative body to be visually recognized through the display region when the display layer is turned off.
