a video-audio system and video-audio interactive method are provided. the video-audio system includes a displaying device, a processing device, and an audio device. the displaying device is configured to display a user interface. a handwriting pattern is input in the user interface. the processing device communicatively connect with the displaying device. the processing device is configured to generate an information of sheet music. the information of sheet music corresponds to the handwriting pattern. the audio device is communicatively coupled to the displaying device and the processing device. the user interface has a playing and controlling area. the playing and controlling area has a playing audio button. the audio device is configured to play sounds corresponding to the information of the sheet music when the playing audio button is operated.
