embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of spatial adaptation for energy saving. the method comprises: receiving, at a first device from a second device, a change indication indicating at least one antenna port of which at least one antenna element is changed. the antenna port is active before and after the change. the method further comprises performing at least one of a measurement of at least one reference signal or a reception of a physical channel in consideration of the at least one antenna port. in this way, the first device may be informed about impact of spatial adaptation of the second device and is able to adapt the impacted channel state information measurement and/or reporting. as such, energy saving can be achieved.
