a moisture measuring device includes a biosensor, a processing unit, a substrate, a housing, and one or more attaching members. the biosensor has a sensor surface for acquisition of biological information. the processing unit is configured to process the biological information acquired by the biosensor. the substrate has a first principal surface on which the processing unit is mounted. the housing accommodates the biosensor, the processing unit, and the substrate. the one or more attaching members are disposed on the first principal surface side of the substrate to attach the substrate to the housing. the total area of one or more overlap regions in which the one or more attaching members overlap the substrate in the first principal surface of the substrate when viewed in a direction perpendicular to the first principal surface of the substrate is smaller than a sensor area of the sensor surface of the biosensor.
