an electric motor includes a rotor, a stator, a circuit board, a board-side molded resin, and a stator-side molded resin. the board-side molded resin includes a first bearing housing that holds a first bearing and covers at least part of the circuit board. the stator-side molded resin includes a second bearing housing that holds a second bearing and covers at least part of the stator.
