techniques for data analysis based on a provable ordered transaction history are disclosed. a private, provable ordered transaction history of a tokenized asset is created. the provable ordered transaction history is based on a plurality of on-chain transactions from one or more blockchains. a decision strategy based on the provable ordered transaction history is developed. the decision strategy comprises a program that activates one or more action instructions for a smart contract. the decision strategy is deployed on a private centralized oracle and initiates the smart contract on the one or more blockchains. one or more action instructions are sent by the decision strategy that was deployed to the smart contract. the one or more action instructions are responsive to one or more on-chain transactions and are executed by the smart contract, resulting in at least one new blockchain transaction.
