the present application relates to an electrode assembly and an electrode assembly manufacturing method. the method of manufacturing the electrode includes supplying a first electrode, a second electrode and a separator to a stack table, stacking the first electrode and the separator, winding the first electrode with the separator one or more times to form a folded separator, and stacking the second electrode after the step of winding the first electrode with the separator to form a stacked object. the stacked object includes the first electrode and the second electrode alternatingly disposed between the folded separator.
