disclosed are a water supply device and a faucet including the same. the water supply device includes a casing, and a component storage part formed inside the casing. a flow path guide pack is disposed inside the casing. the flow path guide pack defines a portion of the component storage part. each of a thermostat, a flow rate controller, a filter, and a water-flow generator is connected to the flow path guide pack. in this case, the thermostat, the flow rate controller, the filter, and the water-flow generator are disposed in the component storage part. the filter and the water-flow generator are disposed between the flow rate controller and the thermostat.
