a display device can include a substrate including sub-pixels, a plurality of scan lines elongated a first direction on the substrate, high potential power lines elongated a second direction which is cross the first direction on the substrate, auxiliary lines disposed parallel to the high potential power lines and comprising at least one contact portions, and data lines disposed parallel to the auxiliary lines. also, each of the p sub-pixels can include a transistor on the substrate, a planarization layer on the transistor, an anode connected to the transistor on the planarization layer and overlapped at least partially with the auxiliary lines, a bank covering end portions of the anode on the planarization layer, an organic layer disposed on the anode and the bank, and a cathode elongated to connect the contact portion and disposed on the anode and the organic layer.
