in an information notification system, an information processing device on a sending side that sends an e-mail includes: an operation device through which a reminder sending date and time earlier than a start date and time for a conference is to be input; and a controller that, upon satisfaction of a predetermined condition, brings forward the reminder sending date and time and, at the reminder sending date and time, executes sending of the e-mail to an information processing device on a receiving side that receives the e-mail.
