a processor acquires a pair of first lateral edge positions when a first surface of a target sheet serves as a printing surface. the processor acquires a pair of second lateral edge positions when a second surface of the target sheet serves as a printing surface. the processor acquires matching scale information that specifies a matching scale image from among a plurality of first scale images formed on the first surface of the target sheet whose position matches a position in a width direction of one of a plurality of second scale images formed on the second surface of the target sheet. the processor sets a reference center position according to a ratio of an interval between the pair of second lateral edge positions to an interval between the pair of first lateral edge positions and the matching scale information.
