this application relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and provides a data query method, an apparatus, and a system, to expose terminal device-level or communication service-level radio network performance data. in the method, a first identifier and data type information from a third-party server are received, where the first identifier identifies a terminal device or a communication service outside an access network device. a second identifier is obtained based on the first identifier, where the second identifier identifies the terminal device or the communication service inside the access network device. target radio network performance data is obtained based on the second identifier. the target radio network performance data is sent to the third-party server. according to the foregoing solution, the third-party server may request, via the first identifier, to query for the radio network performance data about the terminal device or the communication service.
