embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method, an apparatus, and a system. the method may include: a first device sends information about a transmission resource and first information to a second device, where the transmission resource includes a first resource and a second resource, the first resource is used by the second device to receive a first service from the first device, the second resource is used by a third device to receive the first service from the second device, the first information indicates that the second resource is used to transmit the first service, and the first service is a service of the third device. in this way, it can reduce a data transmission delay, and improve user experience.
