a bottom structure of vehicle includes a power unit housing. an upper surface of the power unit housing is formed as a floor surface. the power unit housing includes a front seal portion disposed at a front-end portion as well as a rear seal portion disposed at a rear end portion. the front seal portion and the rear seal portion are disposed at a same height in an up/down direction of vehicle.
