embodiments of the present application provide a needle winding assembly for winding electrode plates and a separator and a winding device. the winding needle assembly includes a first winding needle and a second winding needle for clamping the separator, and the second winding needle is provided with a rolling member on a side of the second winding needle toward the first winding needle. due to the presence of the rolling member, there is rolling friction between the rolling member and the first winding needle, reducing the friction between the first winding needle and the second winding needle, which avoids scratching the separator when the winding needle assembly is inserted into the separator or pulled out of the separator, or avoids misplacing and bringing out part of the separator when the second winding needle is pulled out, which otherwise would reduce the production efficiency of the battery.
