an information processing device performs a first setting relating to an opto-electronic transfer function (oetf), performs a second setting relating to an electro-optical transfer function (eotf), generates a developed image by applying development processing to a raw image according to the first setting, and performs control to record the developed image on a storage medium. in a case when the first setting is a setting corresponding to a high dynamic range and the second setting is a setting corresponding to a dynamic range different from the high dynamic range, control is performed to record the developed image and meta information corresponding to the second setting on the storage medium in association with each other.
