SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TENANT DEBT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 20240289904 titled 'SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TENANT DEBT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM

The patent application describes automatic landlord systems, methods, and computer program products for settling debtors' debts following the termination or end of a property contract.

  • Interface with the landlord to update a debtor's database
  • Collect various data and conditions relating to the debt of each debtor
  • Negotiate debt payment by automatically issuing settlement proposals
  • Receive debtors' responses and analyze them to determine agreements and refusals
  • Utilize generative artificial intelligence (genAI) algorithms to optimize the debt collection process

Potential Applications: - Property management companies - Real estate agencies - Landlords and property owners - Debt collection agencies

Problems Solved: - Streamlining debt settlement processes - Improving communication between landlords and debtors - Enhancing efficiency in debt collection

Benefits: - Faster resolution of debt issues - Reduced administrative burden on landlords - Increased likelihood of successful debt recovery

Commercial Applications: "Automated Debt Settlement Systems for Landlords: Enhancing Efficiency in Property Management and Debt Collection"

Prior Art: Researchers can explore prior art related to automated debt settlement systems, artificial intelligence in debt collection, and landlord-tenant communication platforms.

Frequently Updated Research: Stay informed about advancements in artificial intelligence algorithms for debt negotiation, data analysis in property management, and debt collection strategies.

Questions about Automated Debt Settlement Systems for Landlords: 1. How does the use of generative artificial intelligence algorithms improve debt negotiation processes in this system? 2. What are the key features that differentiate this automated debt settlement system from traditional debt collection methods?

Original Abstract Submitted

automatic landlord systems, methods and computer program products for settling debtors' debts following termination or end of a property contract are provided. the systems, methods and computer products interface with the landlord to update a debtor's database, collect in a debtor database various data and conditions relating to the debt of each debtor, and negotiate the debt payment by automatically issuing settlement proposals based on the data, receiving debtors' responses and analyzing them to determine agreements and refusals, the former handled by issuing a release document and the latter by further negotiations or by 3party collection. the negotiation may be carried out by generative artificial intelligence (genai) algorithms implementing multiple agents to represent multiple sides in the process (communication analysis, market analysis, collection, owners, debtors and negotiations strategies) and thereby optimize the debt collection process.
