a cleaning water tank includes a water tank housing and a switch assembly. the water tank housing includes a water storage cavity, a water injection port in a side of the water tank housing, and a water outlet in a bottom of the water tank housing. the water injection port and the water outlet are both communicated with the water storage cavity. the switch assembly is movably arranged to the water tank housing. the water storage cavity is configured to be isolated from an outside air, when the switch assembly is in a closed position, and the water storage cavity is configured to be communicated with the outside air to form a pressure difference, when the switch assembly is in an open position, to allow water in the water storage cavity to be discharged from the water tank housing via the water outlet under the action of the pressure difference.
