an apparatus configured to process an indication of a wireless communication device with which the apparatus is allowed to perform find location operations, wherein the indication comprises a first identity resolving key (irk) that is unique to the wireless communication device, process a payload of an advertisement comprising an irk and compare the irk to the first irk received by the always on processor.
