Abstract: a display device includes: a substrate arranged on a plane defined by a first direction and a second direction; a pixel circuit layer on the substrate and including a pixel circuit; a reflective layer on the pixel circuit layer; a barrier layer partially on the reflective layer; an anode electrode including a portion adjacent to the barrier layer and overlapping the reflective layer in a plan view; a light emitting structure electrically connected to the anode electrode; and a cathode electrode electrically connected to the light emitting structure, wherein the anode electrode includes a transparent conductive material including oxide, and is physically spaced apart from the reflective layer.
