Abstract: a light-emitting device includes a plurality of subpixels. each of the plurality of subpixels include a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, and an interlayer between the first electrode and the second electrode. the interlayer includes an emission layer, a hole injection layer arranged between the first electrode and the emission layer, and a hole transport layer arranged between the hole injection layer and the emission layer. hole mobility of the hole transport layer is greater than hole mobility of the hole injection layer, and highest occupied molecular orbital (homo) energy of the hole transport layer is less than or equal to homo energy of the hole injection layer. the homo energy is measured by cyclic voltammetry and expressed as a negative number.
