Abstract: disclosed are a method and device for performing uplink transmission and reception in a wireless communication system. the method by which a terminal performs uplink transmission in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment disclosed herein comprises the steps of: receiving configuration information related to prach preamble repetitive transmission from a base station; and performing the prach preamble repetitive transmission in one or more ros among a plurality of ros on the basis of the configuration information, wherein, a specific ro among the plurality of ros is dropped on the basis of that the specific ro conflicts with a specific signal or a specific channel, and an ra-rnti can be calculated on the basis of one or more reference ros selected from among the remaining ros other than the specific ro among the plurality of ros.
