Abstract: according to at least one of various embodiments, ue may receive, via a pdcch, dci including at least one fdra field and at least one mcs field and transmit an harq-ack codebook on the basis of the dci. the dci may support multi-cell scheduling on the basis of a plurality of cells configured in the ue, and on the basis that a first fdra field for a first cell, included in the dci is set, for the first cell, to a specific value other than a valid fdra value, an index of the harq-ack codebook may be determined via a first mcs field for the first cell, included in the dci.
