Identification of Candidate Cell Configuration

Abstract: a method can include receiving, by a wireless device, one or more fields indicating that a candidate cell configuration, for performing a reconfiguration with sync procedure, is for both a first handover executed based on a condition and a second handover executed based on a medium access control (mac) control element (ce). the method can also include, based on performing the reconfiguration with sync procedure, transmitting a radio resource control (rrc) reconfiguration complete message via a target cell.
