Adaptive Transmission Based on RSMA

Abstract: the present disclosure relates to methods and apparatuses for transmitting and/or receiving data. for example a data transmitting includes obtaining first data addressed to a first wireless device and second data addressed to a second wireless device different from the first wireless device; generating a first redundancy version from the first data and a second redundancy version from the second data; obtaining common data as a separable combination of the first redundancy version and the second redundancy version; and obtaining encoded first data by forward error correction code (fec) encoding of the first data and obtaining encoded second data by fec encoding of the second data. the transmitter then transmits a signal carrying the encoded first data, the encoded second data, and the common data at the same time on different beams. correspondingly, a user parses the common and the private data and combines them.
