Abstract: a conductor includes a plate-shaped bus bar, and an exterior component attached to the bus bar. the bus bar includes a conductor portion and an insulating sheath with which the conductor portion is covered, and at least partially includes an attached portion having a twisted shape in which the bus bar extends while being twisted around an axis of the bus bar. the exterior component includes a body portion having a groove portion extending so as to be capable of accommodating the attached portion of the bus bar, and a cover portion capable of opening and closing an opening portion of the groove portion.
