Abstract: a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical apparatus are described. the battery cell comprises a housing, an electrode assembly, an electrode terminal, a fixing member, and a sealing member. the housing comprises a first wall, the first wall is provided with an electrode lead-out hole. the electrode assembly is accommodated in the housing. the electrode terminal is electrically connected to the electrode assembly and covers at least a portion of the electrode lead-out hole. the fixing member surrounds the electrode terminal and connects the electrode terminal and the first wall. the sealing member surrounds the electrode terminal, and at least a portion of the sealing member is sandwiched between the electrode terminal and the fixing member.
