METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COOLING DEVICE

Abstract: a method for producing a cooling device with a bottom element and a cover element connected thereto, wherein a cooling structure with cooling elements is arranged between the bottom element and the cover element, includes the steps of providing a material and configuring a cooling structure from the material, wherein a sintering powder is used as the material, from which at least one green compact is produced by pressing, the green compact is sintered to form a preform, and the cooling structure in the form of cooling elements is produced from the preform by forming, for which purpose a part of the preform is pressed through a mold, and after arrangement of the cooling structure between the bottom element and the cover element, the bottom element is joined to the cover element in a substance bonding.
