Abstract: an example operation may include one or more of training an artificial intelligence (ai) model based on a plurality of dashboards related to a software application that corresponds to a plurality of topics, ingesting a call transcript from a previous call with a user, generating a new topic from the call transcript, determining that the new topic is distinct from the existing plurality of topics, executing the ai model based on the new topic, generating a dashboard with content based on the execution of the ai model, and displaying the dashboard via the software application.
