Abstract: a display device and a display panel are provided. the display device includes a base substrate, at least one light-emitting unit on the base substrate, an encapsulation layer covering the at least one light-emitting unit, and at least one lens on a side of the encapsulation layer away from the base substrate. the light-emitting unit has a first electrode, a second electrode, and a light-emitting layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode. the first electrode is located between the light-emitting layer and the base substrate. the at least one lens corresponds one-to-one with the at least one light-emitting unit. the lens has a first part and a second part surrounding the first part. an outer surface of the first part has a first curvature, an outer surface of the second part has a second curvature, and the first curvature is less than the second curvature.
