METHOD OF DETERMINING COMPONENT CONCENTRATION AND PROGRAM OF DETERMINING COMPONENT CONCENTRATION

Abstract: a first difference spectrum between a sample spectrum of a test sample and a reference spectrum of a reference sample of which concentration of a specific component is lower than the test sample is calculated (s); using multiple reference spectra acquired by measuring the reference sample for multiple times, a difference spectrum having a shape similar to the first difference spectrum is selected from multiple difference spectra between two reference spectra (s); a second difference spectrum based on the selected difference spectrum and the first difference spectrum is calculated (s); and a shape of an absorption band of the specific component is acquired from the second difference spectrum to determine the concentration of the specific component (s).
