Abstract: a fastening apparatus for a vehicle may include: a first fastener fixed to a first structure of the vehicle; a case fixed to a second structure of the vehicle and having one end facing the first fastener that is inserted in the case in a first direction; an elevation unit installed in the case and movable in the first direction; a second fastener rotatably coupled to the elevation unit, detachably fastened to the first fastener, and movable in the first direction along with the elevation unit; and an elastic member installed between the case and the elevation unit, wherein the elastic member is contracted as the second fastener is fastened to the first fastener.
