Abstract: a vehicle lamp includes an optical unit including a light source that emits at least a low beam light distribution pattern and a lamp control unit that controls the optical unit. when the vehicle is turning and an oncoming vehicle is present in front of a vehicle mounted with the vehicle lamp, the lamp control unit controls the optical unit to lower an emission direction of the low beam light distribution pattern.
