Abstract: a hair cosmetic composition containing a component (a): a film-forming polymer containing an m unit represented by (r)sioand a q unit represented by sio(in the formula, rrepresents a hydrocarbon group having 1 or more and 12 or less carbon atoms and optionally substituted with fluorine, or a hydroxy group, and plural r's can be the same as or different from each other), a component (b): a film-forming polymer other than the component (a), and a component (c): water, wherein the component (c) has a content of 80% by mass or less.
