Abstract: a system for short-term screening and triage of a subject includes a smart device in the subject's possession and an application on the smart device programmed to provide instructions to the subject to start a screening procedure, the application programmed with multiple screening procedures, and record sensor data obtained from a sensor located in the smart device.
