Abstract: medical devices and related methods are described. the medical device may include a handle and a shaft extending distally from the handle. the shaft may have a longitudinal axis and a lumen that terminates at a distal end of the shaft, the distal end including an imaging device. a distal end portion of the shaft may include a transparent or translucent material, and may include a light source, a mirror, and/or a reflector. the light source may be proximal to the distal end of the shaft. the mirror may be longitudinally between the light source and the reflector. the reflector may be proximal to the imaging device.
