Abstract: a display panel and a display device, in which the display panel includes an array base plate with a substrate, a first conductive layer, an insulating layer and a second conductive layer, the first conductive layer includes a first signal line and a second signal line each extending in a first direction, the second conductive layer includes a third signal line and a fourth signal line each extending in a second direction and transmitting the same signal; in a direction perpendicular to the substrate, the first signal line and the third signal line have a first overlapping area and are electrically connected in the first overlapping area, the second signal line and the fourth signal line have a fourth overlapping area and are electrically connected in the fourth overlapping area.
