Abstract: an electronic device, including a substrate, a data line, a scan line, a gate insulating layer, a thin film transistor, a transfer pad and a second electrode. the data line, the scan line and the gate insulating layer are disposed on the substrate. the thin film transistor is disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the data line and the scan line, comprising a semiconductor layer and a first electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor layer. the transfer pad is disposed on the thin film transistor and electrically connected to the first electrode, comprising a first part and a second part, wherein the first part is overlapped with the scan line, and the second part is not overlapped with the scan line. the second electrode is electrically connected to the transfer pad. a width of the first part is greater than a width of the second part.
