Abstract: disclosed are an array substrate, a display panel, and an electronic device. two driving units, adjacent in a first direction, in the array substrate are configured to share a first scan wire and a second scan wire, so that a semiconductor wiring segment in a driving unit may extend along a straight line and overlap with the first scan wire and the second scan wire to form a first switching transistor and a second switching transistor respectively, thereby reducing a space occupied by the semiconductor wiring segment.
