Abstract: an information processing device acquires a total number of second mobile bodies and third mobile bodies within a predetermined area, the second mobile bodies relays a data block between a first mobile body and a predetermined server through device-to-device communication with the first mobile body and through first wireless communication with the predetermined server, and the third mobile bodies relays the data block between the first mobile body and the second mobile bodies through the device-to-device communication. when the total number of second mobile bodies and third mobile bodies is less than a predetermined threshold value, the information processing device instructs either the second mobile bodies or the first mobile body to appoint a different mobile body as a third mobile body by transmitting the data block to the different mobile body through the device-to-device communication.
