Abstract: a first base station receives, from a second base station, an indication that at least one synchronization signal block (ssb) of a plurality of ssbs of a second cell of the second base station is activated or deactivated. the first base station sends, to one or more wireless devices, a random access configuration of a first cell of the first base station based on the indication that at least one of the plurality of ssbs of the second cell is activated or deactivated.
