Abstract: an information processing device comprising: a communication module connectable to both a first cellular communication network and a second cellular communication network; and a control unit. when a failure occurs in the first cellular communication network, the control unit switches a communication network to be used to the second cellular communication network for a vehicle mounted application classified into a prescribed category from among a plurality of vehicle mounted applications that use the first cellular communication network.
